The newest addition to the Argyle Cheese Farmer's inventory, this pasteurized cheese was developed on the farmstead because of a request from a customer to use our award winning yogurt as the culture that transforms the milk into cheese.  Using yogurt in the cheese will change, over a period of time, most of the lactose in the cheese into lactic acid.  To enhance the resulting creamy mild flavor, some of  our Glory cheese is also smoked to add a rustic flavor.
