Our cheese curds are the first step in what would ultimately become a cheddar cheese. The cheese is made fresh every week with pasteurized milk.  Instead of pressing and aging the curds, we cut it up into chunks, simply flavor and package them for immediate consumption. In fact, a sign of their freshness is that they will “squeak” when you bite into them ! Great to top off salads and pizza, use in scrambled eggs or just to snack on !
