Schmear in the Making

Have you ever tried our schmears, a cheese spreads?  We use Quark (a Eastern European cheese similar to cream cheese), butter and spices.  Today we made Sun-Dried Schmear.  It is a great spread but can be used in place of butter on your baked potato.  Sometimes Dave and I add it to hot pasta with veggies and some left over meat, volià, supper.
